Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

• You receive the wrong product

To request a refund in these situations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
